Commercial — Academic / Private College & University (Subcontractor to Consigli Construction)

Overview

We worked as a concrete subcontractor on Bard College’s Fisher Center Performing Arts Lab in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY, a 25,000 sq. ft. ground-up building designed by Maya Lin Studio and Bialosky and Partners, built under general contractor Consigli Construction. The spiral-shaped building, with its sloping green roof and terra-cotta facade, called for precise concrete work on an active college campus. Our crews handled the concrete scope behind this new performing arts facility, home to five state-of-the-art studios for Bard’s Dance, Theater, and Performance programs.
