Overview

We performed all concrete work for the Allen Center for the Creative Arts and Technology at The Hackley School in Tarrytown, NY, built under general contractor Consigli Construction. The 50,000 sq. ft. building includes a 550-seat auditorium, a 100-seat black box theater, rehearsal and practice rooms, scene shops, and a music academy with a recording studio. The five-story building was set into the hillside so it wouldn’t tower over the surrounding campus — our scope covered the foundations and structural concrete for that construction.
