Commercial — Museums & Cultural (Subcontractor to Consigli Construction)

Overview

We provided site development and concrete work for Hudson Valley Shakespeare’s new Samuel H. Scripps Theater Center in Garrison, NY, designed by Studio Gang and built under general contractor Consigli Construction. The project is HVS’s first permanent home after nearly 40 seasons in a seasonal tent, transforming a former golf course into a new 480-seat open-air mass timber theater with rehearsal, performance, and amenity spaces. Our scope supported the ground-up construction, including excavation, foundation work, and the new parking area.
