Commercial — Museums & Cultural (Subcontractor to Consigli Construction)

Overview

We served as the site and concrete subcontractor for Storm King Art Center’s Welcome Sequence and Conservation, Fabrication & Maintenance (CFM) Building project in New Windsor, NY, working under general contractor Consigli Construction. The project reshaped 4.5 acres of former parking lots into new landscaped visitor arrival areas with a series of accessible welcome pavilions, and added a 20,000 sq. ft. CFM building serving as workshop, studio, and storage space for the Art Center’s artists and staff. Our crews handled the sitework and concrete scope behind this new construction, on an active 500-acre museum campus.
